The Role of Non-Conventional Hydrocarbons in the International Oil and Gas Market and its Impact on the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf Countries

The importance of the research comes from identifying the types of non-conventional resources in the field of oil and gas and the encouraging factors for its development, clarifying the factors and difficulties that limit its future expansion , explaining the impact of non-conventional hydrocarbon resources on the GCC. The research hypothesis " the development of unconventional hydrocarbon resources lead to an important future effects in its countries represented in increasing competition of oil and gas supplies worldwide and the loss of its markets, especially that most of the unusual reserves
located outside the GCC countries and probability of falling international prices, the researcher reached to set of conclusions. The most important unconventional hydrocarbon resources affect the GCC countries because it owns huge reserves of conventional oil and gas, the most prominent of these challenges combination of factors ,increasing competitive global oil and gas supplies and the loss of its markets because it may contribute to meet global energy demand and retreat possibilities for gas exporters organization similar to OPEC in the future ,as well as price decline in the international market.

Using an Approach of Logistic Regression to Analyze Effect of Psychological Stress on Blood Pressure an Applied Study on a Sample from the Patients in Zubair (Distinct in Governorate of Basrah)

This study focused on identifying the effect of psychological stress on blood Pressure using Logistic regression model as the hypothesis of this study is the presence of psychological stress affect blood pressure linearly. The sample of this study is consisted of (300) patients from Zubair district and the researcher adopted Holmes and Rahe scale to measure Psychological stress .The results showed that the hypothesis of this study is valid.

Spirituality in Workplace as a Moderating Variable for Relationship Between self-esteem and Organization loyalty on Organization Citizen - Ship Behavior (filed study of employees in the Iraqi drilling company

Existing literature in management the reveals a gap in the empirical knowledge on organizational citizenship behavior in organizations. This study specifically aims to firstly, Study of the relationship between self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior; secondly, determine the relationship between organizational loyalty and organizational citizenship behavior; and thirdly, test the role of the moderating variable spirituality in the workplace for the relationship between self-esteem and organizational loyalty, on organizational citizenship behavior. Depending on the random sample were distributed (200) questionnaires for workers in the Iraqi oil drilling company, the number of questionnaires recovered (158) questionnaire, which (103) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis and response rate 65 %, It was analyzed by advanced statistical program AMOS.v.22 and statistical program SPSS.v.22.Theoretical results showed the existence of a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between variables (self-esteem, organizational loyalty, spirituality in the workplace, and organizational citizenship behavior) in organizations in general and in Iraqi oil drilling company. Practical results also showed a direct effect relations between the (self-esteem and organizational loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior) as well as the interactive role of the variable (spirituality in the workplace).

The Actual Social Benefits of Oil Companies and their Horizons in the Shadow of the Transparency Initiative for the Extractive Industries in Iraq

Presenting the social benefits by the oil companies whether national or foreign, is considered one of the main requirements for signing the petroleum contracts in Iraq. According to the current law, the social services must be presented to the geographical region where the project is erected in an efficient and transparent manner and within the specifications and conditions of signing the contract. But, these social services might be infiltrated by some social and economic mishaps that may accompany the signing of those contracts. Specifically, within the shadow of following of the transparency initiative of the oil exploration industries, sometimes, a contract is signed to install an oil service project in a certain area within the Iraqi borders, but, un fortunately, the feasibility study is being ignored for the proposal: " The social costs are not being evaluated accurately, which allow the allows the introduction of loop holes for the administrative corruption and financial waste; Then, it will not be possible to carry out the process of matching the benefits with the actual costs".
This paper has managed to achieve the main conclusion that is the agreement between the research proposal with the actual economic social costs.

The Use of Futures Contracts for Hedging Purposes - Empirical Study in Investment Companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange

The research aims to clarify the theoretical concepts of futures and how to use them for hedging purposes, research was conducted on a sample of investment companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and was of (6) companies, has launched search of a problem that the side theoretical to the subject of futures contracts is characterized by clarity, either Applied hand, it is vague in light of volatile market environment characterized by weak efficiency and this in turn is a problem worthy of study.
The researcher used measures of financial instruments for this purpose, the study came up with a number of conclusions most important (possible use futures as hedging instruments to protect against changes that can occur on interest rates in financial markets, so the companies covered by the research endeavor towards the adoption of hedge of variables strategy interest on loans) rates, and important recommendations were them (companies need to adopt methods such as check-statistical prediction value, sports and operations research, and can adopt her own computer programs, for the purpose of adopting hedge) strategy.
