The Role of Education in Economic Development in Iraq for the period (2004-2015)

The education in all his stages and levels considered the basic tool in development growth the human element or so-what called investment in human financial capital ,and the education system in Iraq is governmentally and for all stages the government provide members bodies educational and educational supplies and recently established number of private universities in high educational stage which participate in implemented professional organization and the operation of development the education must be continuous and including for all his members and ingredients to face the social ,economic, cultural changes and achieve the demands of development and the study has been reached that educational budget investment don’t composed the many which mean that high ratio spend as salaries and wages as for the investment project don’t receive only a little , and it is reflects the reality of the link between the structure of the education and the government. there must be real politic for growth to reduce the ratio of illiteracy poverty and unemployment with the increase of population so must provide money and necessary facilities for the educational system with all stages , to attract the male/female teachers who have intellectual and social super- capabilities and for the government it must try to absorb unemployment through employ producers and qualified members ,also the economic policy must depend on the wealth distribution equally on all the members of community to eliminate on the poverty for best education.

Energy Consumption in the Gulf Arab States : Geography Study

The study of energy consumption in the Gulf Arab states is one of the important considerations that examine the reality, causes and effects of utilization in the most important areas of production and consumption of energy in the world. This study covers a period between 1965 and 2015. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the research is divided into five axes:
Firstly: The strategic importance of energy in the Gulf Arab states.
Secondly: The reality of energy consumption according to these countries.
Thirdly: The reality of energy consumption according to its sources.
Fourthly: The affecting factors on energy consumption in these countries.
Fifthly: The resulting effects from energy consumption in these Gulf States.
The study has found that the quantities of energy consumption in the Gulf Arab countries have doubled by 17 times during half a century due to a number of factors, including the richness of these countries in oil and gas reserves, the growing population, the growing phenomenon of incoming immigration, the cheap prices of energy backed by the governments of these countries, the transition to urbanization and civil society, the high rates of income as well as the impacts of extreme climate. The result of these factors was the fact that the Gulf States occupy the world's top per capita energy consumption, resulting in economic, environmental and health impacts, which require these countries to consider seriously the solutions and policies to be applied to reduce risks of excessive energy consumption.

Investment in insurance companies and its impact on the economic development in Iraq: Afield study in national and Iraqi insurance companies, (2011-2014)

This research aims to identify the importance of investing in insurance companies, as one of the financial institutions that exerted an important role in economic and social activity, In terms of the collection and saved of premiums and invested in different areas of economic life. In order to achieve available profits to cover the obligations and provides the appropriate reserves to cope the unexpected fluctuations. The function of investing in insurance companies in the allocation and operation of the available financial resources, as well as reducing the investment risks, the research also aims to clarify the important role of insurance companies in the economy and to identify the constraints that will be faced, and identify the most important factors for the success of the function of investment in insurance companies, the research found a set of suggestions that show the important role of insurance companies in economic development and recommend for developing the insurance sector to contribute in the development process
