The Impact of the Organizational Justice on the Proliferation of the Phenomenon of Administrative Corruption

In the light of the outcome of the results of the exploratory study, the problem of this research is the impact of the organizational justice on the spread of the phenomenon of corruption at the tax Department in the province of Basra.
The objective of this research is to answer the following questions:
1. Is there a consequence for the absence of organizational justice on the spread of the phenomenon of corruption at the tax Department, such as embezzlement, bribery and exploitation of the post.
2. What are the most prevalent instances of administrative corruption in the tax Department in question ?
3. In the light of the answer to the previous question, can the researcher develop a strategy that might fight corruption and root it out or eliminate it.
It has also been given in this paper a theoretical background about the concept of the organizational justice as of its three types and the influencing factors on the staff's awareness workers to the organizational justice.
It also introduces a theoretical background about the concept of a administrative corruption and its characteristics, its causes and effects .
Some of other countries experiences in the ways of tackling corruption have been viewed in order to eliminate it and eradicate it.
At the end of the research , the findings of the research were presented the findings , out of which the researcher presented a set of recommendations that may fit with the nature of the results that have been reached out.
